Office Manager

Office Manager / Receptionist JLT, Dubai | Full-time, on-site As our first office hire, you will be the face of the company and the person who keeps the office running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow with the business. What you will do • Greet visitors, manage the front desk and handle incoming calls and emails professionally • Manage the directors' calendars, meetings, travel and hotel bookings • Coordinate with DMCC, PRO agents and government portals for licences, visas, Emirates IDs and renewals • Maintain organised filing of contracts, charter documents, invoices and company records • Support basic accounts tasks: raising invoices, tracking payments, petty cash and supplier bills • Manage office supplies, IT and telecom vendors, and building/facility matters • Assist with onboarding of new joiners and general HR administration • Prepare letters, presentations and reports when required What we are looking for • 2 to 5 years of experience as a receptionist, office administrator or office manager in the UAE • Experience in shipping, maritime or a trading company is a strong advantage • Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus • Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and Excel • Organised, discreet with confidential information, and comfortable working independently • Presentable and confident dealing with senior clients • Valid UAE residence visa (e.g. family sponsorship) preferred; immediate or short-notice joiners preferred What we offer • Competitive salary based on experience • A modern office in JLT, close to the DMCC Metro station • The chance to grow with a new and expanding business
