Office Boy – Automotive Showroom

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Office Boy / Office Assistant** to support the daily operations of an automotive showroom. The role will involve maintaining cleanliness and organization, serving refreshments, handling basic errands, and assisting the office and showroom team with day\-to\-day tasks. Key Responsibilities * Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, showroom, pantry, and common areas. * Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, customers, and visitors. * Assist with basic office errands, including document delivery, photocopying, scanning, and filing. * Handle internal and external office\-related errands when required. * Support the showroom team with basic administrative and operational tasks. * Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and other deliveries. * Monitor and maintain pantry and office supplies. * Assist in keeping customer and staff areas presentable at all times. * Support vehicle/showroom operations with simple non\-technical tasks when required. * Perform other duties assigned by the management. Requirements * Previous experience as an **Office Boy, Office Assistant, Messenger, or similar role** is preferred. * Experience in an **automotive showroom, workshop, dealership, or service center** will be an advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Well\-presented, polite, punctual, and trustworthy. * Physically fit and comfortable handling routine errands. * Basic knowledge of English is preferred; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. * **Valid Bahrain driving license** is preferred if the role requires external errands. * Must be flexible and willing to support different departments when required.
