HR Officer

**WE ARE HIRING – HR OFFICER** We are looking for a motivated and experienced **HR Officer** to join our team in Bahrain. Position: HR Officer **Location:** Bahrain **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Nationality:** **Bahraini nationals only** Key Responsibilities * Manage day\-to\-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. * Handle recruitment, CV screening, interviews, selection and onboarding. * Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and personnel files. * Manage attendance, leave and payroll\-related HR inputs. * Prepare HR letters, certificates and other employee documentation. * Support employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management. * Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company HR policies. * Coordinate HR\-related requirements with relevant government authorities, including SIO/GOSI and LMRA where applicable. * Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. * Prepare HR reports and support management with HR\-related requirements. Requirements * **Bahraini nationality is mandatory.** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. * Previous HR experience for 4\-5 years in Bahrain. * Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good command of **English and Arabic**. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. **Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: ** **Subject: HR Officer – Gulf Shade** Work Location: In person
