Off-Plan Property Consultant

JOB SUMMARY: As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to potential buyers on off-plan real estate investments. Your role will focus on selling off-plan properties, understanding market trends, and helping clients make informed decisions about their property investments. This role requires excellent sales skills, knowledge of the Dubai property market, and a customer-centric approach. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Advise clients on the best off-plan property investment opportunities based on their needs and budget. • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the Dubai real estate market, especially related to off-plan developments. • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other real estate professionals. • Arrange property viewings and facilitate meetings with developers and clients. • Provide clients with clear and transparent information on property developments, pricing, payment plans, and potential returns on investment. • Ensure that all legal requirements and documentation for off-plan sales are handled correctly. • Work closely with marketing teams to promote off-plan properties. • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
