O&M Planning & Efficiency Analyst

Job Purpose Analyzing and monitoring the performance of equipment and operating systems, developing plans to improve operational efficiency, ensuring that periodic maintenance is carried out in accordance with best practices, working on developing performance indicators, and studying operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. Key Roles and Responsibilities Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and practices, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards within the water transport company and related roles such as (human capital, safety, industrial security, risks, cybersecurity, etc.). Escalating problems to ensure challenges and issues are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. Preparing plans and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance work for all equipment and machinery to ensure continuity of operation and reduce breakdowns. Monitor the performance of key equipment periodically, analyze the impact of maintenance on operational efficiency, and provide necessary recommendations for improvement. Developing, analyzing, and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with strategic objectives, and continuously reviewing performance to ensure the required efficiency is achieved. Key Roles and Responsibilities 2 Monitoring the performance of operational systems, tracking the performance of equipment and pumping stations, analyzing data to identify operational gaps, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Preparing periodic reports on the performance of operating systems, analyzing data to identify development opportunities, and proposing corrective actions when needed. Studying and analyzing operational accidents, identifying root causes and consequences, and developing preventive solutions to prevent their recurrence and improve business continuity. Collaborating with the operations, maintenance and technical support departments to ensure the implementation of best practices and the achievement of optimal operational efficiency. Analyzing and reviewing operational and statistical data and identifying trends and opportunities to improve the efficiency of operational processes and reduce costs. Follow up on the implementation of annual plans and ensure the implementation of annual operational plans, including contingency plans, and monitor their compliance with the set objectives. Developing data reading systems and improving operational data collection and reading systems, ensuring their accuracy and reliability to support analysis and decision-making processes.
