O&M Manager

Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 3 4 years (UAE experience preferred) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Work Experience: 8 10 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, energy services, facilities management, renewable energy and building systems, including at least 3 5 years of experience leading technical team. UAE experience is preferred. Nationality: Open to all nationalities, priority shall be given to qualified UAE nationals. Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Key Responsibilities & Expertise: • O&M planning and execution • Work verification and quality control • KPI implementation and performance monitoring • Complaint handling and resolution • Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule compliance • Solar PV system operations and maintenance • MEP and building services management (HVAC, BMS and lighting) • Energy efficiency and performance optimization • Team supervision and contractor management • SLA compliance and operational reporting • Health, Safety and Regulatory compliance • Cost control and continuous improvement • Client and stakeholder coordination • Budget and resource management Work Experience: 8 10 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, energy services, facilities management, renewable energy and building systems, including at least 3 5 years of experience leading technical team.
