Nursery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of childcare, education, parent engagement, and team management. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the overall day\-to\-day operations of the nursery branch. * Ensure the health, safety, wellbeing, and development of all children. * Oversee the delivery of high\-quality educational and learning activities. * Build strong relationships with parents and handle their inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally. * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of approximately 30 employees. * Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to nursery policies and procedures. * Ensure the nursery maintains high standards of care, cleanliness, safety, and organization. * Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive and engaging environment for children. * Handle operational issues and ensure smooth coordination across all areas of the nursery. * Support staff development, training, and performance improvement. * Ensure compliance with relevant nursery regulations, policies, and standards. **Requirements** * Previous experience in nursery, early childhood education, childcare, or a similar environment. * Proven experience managing a team, preferably 20\+ employees. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to deal with parents and resolve concerns professionally. * Passion for childcare and early childhood education. * Highly organized, responsible, and hands\-on approach.
