Manager - Nursery

• Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children's development and well-being. • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. • Manage and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality childcare. • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards, including child protection policies and emergency procedures. • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. • Hold relevant certifications such as a teaching license, first aid/CPR certification, or a specific early years qualification. • Show a proven track record of curriculum development and implementation in line with national early years frameworks.
