Nurse Supervisor

A leading healthcare facility in Qatar is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and support clinical excellence across the facility. Job Title: Nurse Supervisor Job Posting Date: 11/07/2026 Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations and staff activities. • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in line with healthcare standards. • Monitor nursing performance, workflows, and compliance with clinical procedures. • Support training, mentoring, and development of nursing teams. • Prepare and review nursing reports, documentation, and patient care records. • Coordinate with physicians, management, and other healthcare departments. • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements. • Address operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Bachelor s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare qualification. • Valid nursing license/eligibility as per Qatar healthcare regulations. • Proven experience in a nursing supervisory or leadership role. • Strong clinical knowledge and healthcare facility experience. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Candidates with healthcare facility supervisory experience are preferred.
