Job description

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care during home visits. • Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions. • Administer medications, injections, wound care, and prescribed treatments. • Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate nursing records. • Assist patients with daily living activities and rehabilitation support. • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and health management. • Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding patient progress. • Maintain infection control standards and comply with Qatar healthcare regulations. • Ensure compassionate, safe, and patient-centered care at all times. • Female candidates only. • BSc Nursing or GNM Nursing. • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience. • Good English communication skills. • Physically fit and willing to travel for home healthcare services.
