Network Security Engineer

We are looking for a Network & Security SME to design and deliver enterprise network and security solutions for our customers in the UAE. Job Responsibilities: • -Design enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN and Data Center network architectures, including HLD/LLD and migration plans • Architect security solutions based on Zero Trust, covering perimeter, internal, cloud and hybrid environments • Design micro-segmentation, NAC, secure remote access and VPN solutions • Architect secure network connectivity for Azure, AWS, GCP and hybrid/multi-cloud environments • Lead presales activities: customer workshops, requirement gathering, BOMs, sizing, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses • Run PoCs/PoVs and act as a trusted technical advisor in customer meetings • Perform security architecture reviews and risk assessments aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS and UAE NESA/IAS • Guide implementation, SOC and NOC teams, and support escalations for critical network or security incidents Technical expertise: • Routing & Switching: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QoS, VXLAN EVPN • SD-WAN: Cisco, Fortinet, Versa, VMware VeloCloud, Aruba EdgeConnect • Wireless: Cisco, Aruba, Extreme Networks, Mist AI • Data Center: Cisco Nexus, Arista, Juniper, Spine-Leaf architectures • Firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, Check Point, Cisco Secure Firewall, Juniper SRX • SASE/SSE: Netskope, Zscaler, Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, FortiSASE • NAC: Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Forescout • Security: SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA, NDR, WAF, DDoS protection • Cloud Security: Microsoft Defender, Azure Firewall, AWS Security Services • Monitoring: SolarWinds, ManageEngine, ThousandEyes, Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, Darktrace, ExtraHop • Automation: Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs • 2–3 years of UAE experience in network and security • UAE driving license is a plus • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills • Arabic speakers preferred
