Multi-Skilled Technician

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. • Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including detailed inspections and timely replacements of worn parts. • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, utilizing diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals with precision. • Fabricate and modify parts as needed, using machine shop equipment and adhering to engineering specifications. • Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory, ensuring data integrity. • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development. • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for vocational training or an Associate's degree in a technical field. • Holds relevant certifications in areas such as electrical, mechanical, or HVAC, demonstrating a commitment to professional development. • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a multi-skilled technician role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Exhibits a strong understanding of industrial machinery, including experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated systems. • Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. • Displays strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. • Exhibits a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
