Multi-Property Revenue Analyst

OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE: Analyze hotel performance against budget, forecast, prior year and market benchmarks. Monitor key performance indicators (Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR) and market share metrics through STR reports, providing insights and recommendations to support revenue optimization strategies. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports. Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and analytical models. Consolidate information from multiple systems into actionable insights. Support Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams with analytical requirements. Assist with forecasts, budgets, strategy presentations and business reviews. Evaluate promotions, commercial initiatives and business cases through data analysis. Support departments with performance tracking and ad-hoc analytical requests. Provide analytical support to revenue-generating departments and cross-functional initiatives as required. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reporting platforms. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and enhanced reporting capabilities.
