Call Naser is a mobile car service company in Muscat. We come to our customers at home or at work, so they don't have to visit a garage. We cover servicing, repairs, diagnostics, batteries and roadside help across Muscat with fully equipped service vans, and more than 900 customers have reviewed us on Google with an average close to 5 stars.
We have two openings.
Role 1: Mobile Car Mechanic
• Carry out routine servicing: oil and filters, brakes, belts, fluids and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair engine, suspension, cooling and AC faults.
• Replace batteries and handle roadside callouts.
• Explain the work clearly to customers and keep job records up to date.
Role 2: Auto Electrician – Diagnostics & Programming
For an auto electrician who enjoys working with computers as much as with tools. You will be the person the team calls for the difficult electrical and electronic faults.
• Diagnose electrical and electronic faults with professional scan tools: read live data, run guided tests and trace the root cause instead of swapping parts.
• Program and code control modules (ECU, BCM, TCM and others), keys and immobilisers, and run software updates and adaptations after repairs.
• Trace wiring faults with wiring diagrams, multimeters and oscilloscopes, and fix CAN bus and other network problems.
• Repair starting and charging systems, lighting, sensors, ADAS and comfort electronics.
• Support the mechanics on complex jobs and help build our diagnostic know-how.
Requirements (both roles)
• A valid Omani driving license, or a GCC driving license that can be converted.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience on passenger cars. Japanese, Korean, American and European brands are a plus.
• Comfortable working on the move from a service van, outdoors and at customer sites around Muscat.
• Honest, reliable and polite with customers.
• Basic English. Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
Also required for the Auto Electrician role
• Proven experience with diagnostic tools such as Autel, Launch, Bosch KTS or Snap-on, or dealer systems such as Techstream, ISTA, XENTRY or ODIS.
• Experience with module programming, coding and key programming.
• A logical, computer-minded approach to fault-finding, and confidence reading wiring diagrams.
