Mid Senior Banking & Finance Associate Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a & ( ) to join the Riyadh office of a leading global law firm. The firm is seeking a to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice, advising domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors, government entities and major corporates on many of the Kingdom's most significant financing transactions. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of conventional and & matters, including: • Islamic finance and Shari'ah-compliant structures • Syndicated and bilateral lending transactions • Corporate finance • Acquisition finance • Project finance • Real estate finance • Refinancing and restructuring transactions • Security arrangements and financing documentation The role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage. • Saudi National • 3 - 9 years' PQE • Strong Banking & Finance experience gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm. • Experience in Islamic Finance and Shari'ah-compliant financing structures would be highly advantageous. • Experience advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or financial institutions on complex financing transactions.
