Metal Fabricator

• Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to fabricate metal components with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications. • Operate a variety of machines such as CNC plasma cutters, laser cutters, and welding equipment to create high-quality metal products. • Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process, utilizing gauges and measurement tools to maintain stringent quality standards. • Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot design issues and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict safety protocols to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or welding is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication or a related field, showcasing a solid work history. • Certifications in welding (such as AWS or ASME) and metalworking processes are highly desirable. • Experience with advanced CNC machinery and CAD software demonstrates technical proficiency and adaptability. • Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties to make informed decisions on material selection.
