Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in the cosmetics and beauty retail sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * \- Ensure all products are properly displayed, organized and easily accessible to customers. * \- Monitor product availability and identify out\-of\-stock items. * \- Maintain attractive product displays according to brand and category guidelines. * \- Monitor fast\-moving, slow\-moving and high\-demand products. * \- Know all suppliers and the products/brands supplied by each supplier. * \- Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding product availability, new products, promotions and offers. * \- Follow up with suppliers regarding stock shortages and product replenishment. * \- Coordinate with the Inventory Controller to ensure required products are available. * \- Follow up on new product launches and ensure proper placement on the sales floor. * \- Coordinate with suppliers regarding displays, stands, promotional materials and samples, when available. * \- Monitor supplier promotions and communicate relevant opportunities to management. * \- Ensure prices, promotions and product information are correctly displayed. * \- Report product shortages, display issues and sales opportunities to management. * \- Support the sales team by improving product visibility and presentation. **Requirements:** * \- Previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or retail. * \- Strong knowledge of suppliers, brands and retail products. * \- Excellent communication and follow\-up skills with suppliers. * \- Good understanding of product presentation and visual merchandising. * \- Ability to analyze product movement and identify sales opportunities. * \- Previous UAE experience is preferred.
