The selected candidate must be willing to work at **any branch allocated by the management**, depending on operational requirements. **Salary** **OMR 250 per month** **Working Hours** * **10 hours per day** * Duty may be **continuous or split duty**, depending on operational requirements * **1 weekly off** **Leave \& Contract** * **Annual Leave:** 30 days after completion of 1 year * **Contract Duration:** 3 years * Contract may be extended after 3 years based on the employee's interest and company requirements **Accommodation \& Transportation** * **Free bachelor accommodation** in a semi\-furnished flat * Accommodation will generally be provided within **walking distance of the workplace** * If accommodation is not within walking distance, **transportation arrangements will be provided** **Job Responsibilities** The MEP Technician will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and smooth functioning of MEP systems in hospital facilities and associated accommodation buildings. Key responsibilities may include: * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems. * Attend electrical, plumbing and other maintenance\-related issues. * Identify faults and carry out necessary repairs. * Monitor and maintain building utility systems. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment and installations. * Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and breakdowns. * Support routine maintenance of accommodation buildings and facilities. * Maintain basic records of maintenance activities. * Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards. * Coordinate with the facilities/maintenance team for major repair requirements. * Ensure assigned areas and equipment are maintained in proper working condition. **Preferred Experience** Candidates with prior experience in **managing and maintaining residential/accommodation buildings** will be preferred. Experience in hospital facilities, residential buildings, hotels, commercial buildings or similar facilities will be an advantage. **Eligibility Criteria** * Minimum **2 years of experience as an MEP Technician** * Maximum age: **39 years** * Prior experience in **accommodation/building maintenance preferred** * Candidates must be willing to work at any allocated branch across Oman * **Candidates from Kerala are preferred** * Must be physically fit and willing to perform hands\-on maintenance work * Relevant technical qualification/certification will be an advantage **Selection Process \& Pre\-Employment Requirements** 1\.
