MEP TECHNICIAN

**Key Responsibilities** * Carry out **preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance** of MEP systems and equipment. * Perform routine inspection and maintenance of **electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building services systems**. * Troubleshoot and rectify MEP\-related faults and equipment breakdowns. * Maintain and service equipment such as **pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, valves, control panels, and other building services equipment**. * Perform basic electrical maintenance, including checking **DBs, lighting systems, switches, sockets, and electrical connections**. * Carry out plumbing maintenance, including **water supply, drainage, valves, and sanitary fixtures**. * Assist in HVAC maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. * Maintain accurate **maintenance records, checklists, and service reports**. * Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with **HSE procedures, work permits, and company standards**. * Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to ensure smooth facility operations. **Candidate Requirements** * **2–4 years of relevant experience** as an MEP Technician. * Previous experience in **Facilities Management, commercial buildings, residential properties, hotels, or similar environments**. * Good practical knowledge of **MEP systems and building maintenance**. * Ability to troubleshoot basic **mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues**. * Ability to read and understand basic MEP drawings and technical documentation. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Commitment to **health, safety, and quality standards**. * **Immediate joiners are preferred.** **Job Details** **Location:** Qatar **Position:** MEP Technician **Experience:** 2–4 Years **Industry:** Facilities Management **Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred **How to Apply** Interested candidates are encouraged to **apply through Mind Stream**.
