MEP Technical Manager

• Oversee MEP design and construction technical management; conduct drawing reviews, design disclosures, and technical issue resolution across design, factory, and site interfaces. • Review MEP deliverables submitted by design institutes, with particular focus on MEP-related technical accuracy and constructability. • Manage design submissions, design changes, and technical verifications; liaise with the client, supervision consultant, consultant, and design institute to track and close out approval comments. • Participate in sample confirmation, key process inspections, and quality issue resolution; compile and archive construction technical documents and as-built drawings. • Prepare construction organization plans, special construction schemes, and technical measures; deliver technical briefings and ensure site works comply with approved drawings and specifications. • Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors. • Full-time bachelor's degree or above. • Modular construction experience preferred; Middle East / GCC work history highly advantageous. Candidates with combined water, HVAC, and electrical expertise are strongly preferred. • English proficiency: capable of conducting technical discussions and producing English technical documentation. • Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) or Gulf regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
