MEP Procurement Coordinator

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. • Source, vet, and negotiate with MEP suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of approved MEP vendors, including performance history and compliance records. • Collaborate closely with MEP engineers and project managers to understand technical specifications and material requirements. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Professional certifications such as MCIPS or CPSM are highly advantageous. • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in MEP procurement within the construction industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex MEP procurement cycles and large-scale projects.
