MEP Construction Manager

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from project initiation to completion. • Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Fire Alarm works. • Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and UAE regulations. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. • Develop construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies. • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. • 12–15 years of UAE experience in MEP construction, including at least 5 years as an MEP Construction Manager . • Proven experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa Projects . • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems. • Thorough understanding of UAE construction practices, authority regulations, and MEP installation standards.
