Mechanical Supervisor

• To work as a Mechanical Supervisor at project site. • Supervise and manage the work of mechanical technicians and engineers. • Provide training and support to team members to enhance skills and performance. • Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical projects to ensure timely completion. • Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and specifications. • Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations among team members. • Serve as a liaison between management, clients, and the technical team to facilitate clear communication. • Prepare reports for management on project performance and outcomes. • Typically requires a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field is often preferred. • Several years of hands-on experience in mechanical trades, with at least a few years in a supervisory or leadership role.
