Mechanical Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. The role is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by accurately identifying customer concerns, preparing repair estimates, obtaining approvals, coordinating with technicians and spare parts, and ensuring vehicles are repaired and delivered on time while achieving sales and profitability targets. This role is especially important in a multi\-brand workshop, where advisors must coordinate repairs across different vehicle makes and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Customer Reception: Welcome customers professionally. Conduct vehicle walk\-around inspection with the customer. Record customer complaints accurately. Verify vehicle details (VIN, mileage, registration, warranty if applicable). Explain the service process and estimated completion time. 2\. Vehicle Inspection \& Job Card Open Job Card on the CRM system (FOCUS) Capture customer concerns accurately. Record visible damages with photos. Obtain customer approval before work begins by sending a WhatsApp message Ensure all required documents are complete. 3\. Repair Estimation Review technician findings through Job Controller/Foreman Prepare labor and parts estimates. Explain repairs in customer\-friendly language. (offer the spare parts: original\-aftermarket\-used and repair possibility) Present optional and recommended maintenance. Obtain customer approval before any additional work. Update estimates whenever repair scope changes. 4\. Workshop Coordination Coordinate daily with: Workshop Controller/Foreman Technicians if needed Spare Parts Department Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Automotive: 3 years (Required) Language: * Arabic \& English (Required) Work Location: In person
