SENIOR QC MECHANICAL ENGINEER

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive mechanical quality control plans for complex projects, ensuring adherence to international standards and client specifications. • Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of critical mechanical components, systems, and installations, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions with precision. • Oversee and mentor junior QC engineers and inspectors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in quality assurance practices. • Analyze root causes of non-conformities and implement robust preventive measures to enhance product reliability and minimize future defects. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution. • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in mechanical quality control within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation industries. • Professional certifications such as CSWIP 3.2 , ASNT Level II (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT), or equivalent. • In-depth knowledge of relevant international codes and standards (ASME B3, API 650, AWS D1, etc.).
