Job Summary The candidate will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the Maximo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the organization. Responsibilities include configuring, customizing, and supporting Maximo modules to meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Maximo ERP modules based on business requirements. Implement and maintain system configurations, including workflows, user roles, and security settings. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements. Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and customize reports using Maximo reporting tools. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in Maximo ERP implementation, configuration, and support. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and training end-users. Knowledge of Maximo integration with other ERP systems and software applications.
