Job Title: Master Lathe Machine Operator Company: GTC Gulf Team Trading and Contracting Location: Qatar Positions: 2 Contract Period: 4 Years Salary Package Basic Salary: 1,500 QAR Food Allowance: 500 QAR Total: 2,000 QAR Overtime: As per basic salary Other Benefits: Work Visa, QID, Medical, Transportation, Accommodation, 2-yearly up & down tickets Company Responsibilities Provide work visa, QID, medical insurance, transportation, accommodation Provide 2-yearly return flight tickets Overtime as per basic salary Vacation Policy Vacation after 2 years only Leave salary will be provided NOC NOC will not be provided by the company Employee Responsibilities Manage own food cooking and purchasing Experience Required 8 to 12 years total experience Gulf experience preferred Work Location Workshop jobs On-site and off-site work as required Job Description & Responsibilities Measure, cut, and machine materials to precise dimensions using Lathe Machines and ensure machines run correctly. Perform machining tasks on pump housings, pump shaft welding, bearing housing machining, and similar components. Work with SS, Cast Iron, Mild Steel at workshop and site. Must know TIG and Electrode Welding. Fabricate and weld all types of structures. Operate power tools including drilling, cutting, and grinding. Use measurement tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge etc. Work flexibly under any conditions and at any time.
Candidate Expectations Should be highly skilled in all the above-mentioned tasks. Age below 40 years preferred. Must be flexible with working hours and willing to join as a responsible team member. Should follow company rules and avoid any political involvement. Must align with company goals and work culture.
