**Job Description:** The Marketing \& Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the medical center's services, increasing patient volume, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with patients, corporate clients, and referral partners. The role includes planning and implementing marketing activities, responding to patient inquiries, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the medical center. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in marketing and sales, preferably in the **medical, healthcare, or cosmetic industry**. * Experience promoting medical, cosmetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic services is preferred. * Valid Qatar driving license and own vehicle are preferred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computer applications. * Experience handling patient inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. * Ability to prepare marketing reports and coordinate promotional campaigns. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote the medical center's services to individuals, companies, and insurance providers. * Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and referral partners. * Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach activities. * Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and follow up with potential clients. * Coordinate appointments and support conversion of inquiries into bookings. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and marketing reports. * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities. * Represent the medical center at promotional events and exhibitions. * Achieve monthly sales and business development targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
