Marketing Manager

NAQA Al Beeah Factory for Chemical Industries — Yanbu Industrial City. We produce AUS32 urea solution (DEF grade) and high\-purity distilled water from an ISO 22241\-1, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facility. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build our brand presence in the Saudi market and convert it into real demand for the plant's products. Key responsibilities: Build and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs. Develop brand identity and messaging for the plant's products, and produce collateral and technical files in Arabic and English. Manage digital channels: website, LinkedIn, search, and technical content. Generate and qualify leads, hand them to the sales team, and measure opportunity quality. Analyse the market and competitors and identify gaps and pricing opportunities. Oversee trade shows, industry events and marketing partnerships. Manage the marketing budget, vendors and external agencies. Report regularly on campaign performance and return on marketing spend. Uphold the plant's accuracy policy: no figures or specifications are published unless documented. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years in marketing, preferably B2B, industrial, or the transport and fleet sector. Strong digital marketing and analytics skills, plus technical content development. Ability to work with the sales team on shared targets. Fluency in Arabic and English. Valid driving licence, and residence in Yanbu or willingness to relocate. Preferred: Experience marketing chemical products or products certified to a recognised standard. Familiarity with vendor registration and supply requirements for large corporates and government entities. Work location: Yanbu Industrial City — on site, full time.
