Marketing Intern,Content Creation & Sales

HYBRIDS × MEDIA is a Dubai based marketing studio working with premium and luxury brands. We run every brand as one system across eight disciplines: Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Videography, Performance Marketing, PR, Influencer Marketing and Talent Management. We’re hiring Marketing Interns for a 3 month, full time, on site internship covering both content creation and sales. This role is built for people who want to break into marketing and learn how a studio actually runs, from the first client pitch to the final post going live. Key Responsibilities • Help plan and create content for brand campaigns and our own channels (statics, carousels, reels and stories) • Support shoots, studio days and influencer collaborations • Research potential clients and build outreach lists • Reach out to brands, pitch our services and help close new clients • Join brainstorms, client meetings and strategy sessions • Learn social media management, paid ads, influencer marketing and PR hands on What We Offer • Practical training across every core marketing function • Real experience working on premium brand accounts • Attractive commission on every client you bring in • A portfolio of real work and an internship certificate • Direct mentorship from the founders Desired Candidate Profile • Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Media or a related field • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with brands and business owners • Strong interest in social media, content and luxury brands • Good eye for aesthetics and trends • Self driven, curious and quick to learn • Available full time, on site in Dubai for 3 months • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Instagram is a plus Marketing Intern, Social Media, Content Creation, Sales, Business Development, Instagram, Canva, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing,
