Key Accountabilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and market expansion plans. • Strengthen brand positioning, awareness, and differentiation while ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. • Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid media, social media, SEO, CRM, email marketing, and performance marketing to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth. • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. • Manage marketing budgets, optimize spending, and monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team while managing relationships with agencies and external partners. • Work closely with sales, e-commerce, merchandising, operations, and senior management to drive commercial performance. • Identify new marketing channels, partnerships, and business opportunities to support the company's long-term growth.
