Marketing Coordinator

Dubai 31 Aug 2026 **About the Role** We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager and team with daily coordination, communication, administration, and marketing activities. **What You’ll Do** * Track tasks, deadlines, and team updates * Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow\-ups * Organise marketing files, presentations, and documents * Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and partners * Support social media, content, email, and campaign activities * Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and trackers * Assist with tracking marketing invoices and expenses **What We’re Looking For** * Excellent written and spoken English * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Basic understanding of social media and marketing * Highly organised, detail\-oriented, and good at follow\-ups * Able to manage multiple tasks and work well with a team * Experience in administration, coordination, marketing support, or similar roles is an advantage * Arabic is an advantage
