Marketing Assistant / Executive

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, aligning with company objectives. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in target markets. • Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and product datasheets. • Help manage the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media platforms. • Coordinate and facilitate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions across company operating regions. • Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, manufacturing) to gather information for marketing initiatives. • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, preparing regular updates for senior management. • Maintain and organize the marketing database and materials library. • Handle administrative tasks for the marketing department as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the trading, manufacturing, or construction industries. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of marketing software (e.g., CRM, content management systems) is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic, multicultural work environment. • A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.
