Marketing and Production House Business Development Representative

What You’ll Do * Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new clients * Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and in\-person networking * Conduct face\-to\-face client meetings and presentations across Dubai and the wider UAE (this is a field\-based role — a driving license is essential) * Prepare tailored proposals and quotations aligned to each client’s goals and budget * Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and report weekly against monthly targets * Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetups * Feed market and competitor insights back to leadership to sharpen our offering What We’re Looking For Required: * 3–5 years of business development or B2B sales experience in a similar industry (digital marketing, advertising, media, or creative agency) * Valid UAE driving license — mandatory * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English * Confident with CRM tools and structured pipeline management * Currently based in the UAE Preferred: * Arabic or additional languages * An existing network of UAE business owners and decision\-makers * Experience selling retainer or subscription\-based services * Own vehicle Compensation \& Benefits * based on experience * Performance incentives / commission on all closed business * Employment visa and benefits as per UAE labour law * Fuel / transport allowance Pay: AED6,000\.00 \- AED10,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have driving license and car?
