Marine Technical Lead

• Perform and oversee marine mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Support vessel inspections, technical assessments, and repair planning. • Lead and coordinate technical teams for onboard and workshop activities. • Supervise ship repair projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. • Liaise with clients, identify technical requirements, and support business development opportunities. • Relevant experience in marine engineering, mechanical maintenance, ship repair, or vessel technical management. • Knowledge of marine engines, auxiliary machinery, pumps, and associated systems. • Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on technical experience and/or supervisory experience. • GCC marine industry experience is an advantage.
