Manager - Risk

Key Responsibilities • Design and implement a robust risk management framework aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. • Lead the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks, ensuring comprehensive risk registers are maintained. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans. • Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization. • Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to inform risk management policies and procedures. • Contribute to reporting and communication on risk status to senior management and stakeholders. • Drive a culture of risk management excellence throughout the organization. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; a Master s degree is advantageous. • At least 12 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on large-scale projects within the construction or infrastructure sector. • Demonstrated experience in developing and applying risk management frameworks and systems. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and qualitative assessments. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in risk management software and tools. • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 31000) are highly regarded. • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
