• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Business Services.
• Promote Business Services capabilities, solutions, achievements and success stories.
• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, service profiles and campaign materials.
• Develop and manage the Business Services social media content calendar.
• Create relevant content covering services, projects, client successes, employee achievements and company initiatives.
• Coordinate development of posts, videos, photographs and digital content.
• Develop and manage the annual Business Services employee engagement calendar.
• Organize employee activities, recognition programs, celebrations and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and circulate regular Business Services newsletters and employee communications.
• Communicate business achievements, employee recognition, new projects and important initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, social media, employer branding or employee engagement.
• Experience managing digital and social media platforms and content calendars.
• Experience planning employee engagement programs, events and internal communications.
• Good understanding of branding, digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Strong content-writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with Business Development, Recruitment, HR and operational teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and activities simultaneously.
• Ability to use engagement data and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve future initiatives.
