Management Trainee (Fintech Consulting & Business Growth)

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands\-on exposure to fintech consulting, regulatory advisory, business development, market research, and strategic projects. The selected candidate will work directly with the leadership team and play an active role in client engagements, ecosystem partnerships, and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Support fintech consulting engagements across regulatory, licensing, and market entry projects. * Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking. * Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and business cases. * Support Qatar Central Bank Sandbox and licensing documentation where required. * Identify prospective clients, strategic partners, and business opportunities. * Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and follow\-up activities. * Support marketing initiatives, including social media, thought leadership, and content development. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and project updates. * Support strategic initiatives and operational projects across the business. * Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the leadership team. Qualifications * MBA graduate (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related discipline). * 0–2 years of professional experience. * Strong communication, analytical, research, and presentation skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. * Proficient in the use of AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. * Strong report writing and documentation skills. * Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast\-paced consulting environment. * Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact professionally with clients, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
