• Develop and execute strategic facility plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation and long-term operational efficiency. • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, to guarantee a safe and functional environment. • Manage vendor contracts and service providers, negotiating terms and monitoring performance to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness. • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance. • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in facility operations and management, preferably within a corporate or maintenance. • Proven track record of managing complex building systems and large-scale maintenance programs.
