Management Trainee (Business & Growth)

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in fintech while gaining hands\-on exposure across business strategy, partnerships, marketing, operations, customer engagement, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: * Support business development and strategic partnership initiatives. * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities. * Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, business cases, and reports. * Support marketing initiatives, including social media management, campaigns, and content creation. * Coordinate with internal teams and assist in client meetings and follow\-up activities. * Analyse business performance and prepare dashboards, reports, and management presentations. * Support strategic and operational projects across different business functions. * Perform additional responsibilities and special projects assigned by the leadership team. Qualifications: * MBA graduate (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related discipline). * 0–2 years of professional experience. * Proficient in the use of AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. * Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools. * Self\-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment. * Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact professionally with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
