Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or relevant field.
Mandatory Certifications:
ITIL Foundation Certified (Mandatory)
Microsoft 365 Certified (Mandatory)
3. Required Experience:
Minimum 3+ Years of experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk Support.
Hands-on experience in Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
Experience in Incident Management, Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow / Remedy), and end-user support.
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and basic Networking.4. Language Requirements
Fluent in English & Arabic (Speaking, Reading & Writing) - Mandatory.
5. CV Submission Requirements:Candidates must submit Bilingual CVs (Both in Arabic and English).
Must attach copies of ITIL Foundation and Microsoft 365 Certifications along with the CV. Applications without certificates will not be considered
.6. Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 Onsite Technical Support for Hardware and Software issues.
Log, track, and resolve service requests within defined SLAs.
Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams.
