• Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair activities across all assigned facilities and locations.
• Develop, implement, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance plans for buildings, facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess facility conditions, identify defects, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical maintenance issues to minimize equipment failures and operational disruptions.
• Monitor the performance and condition of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other facility-related systems.
• Coordinate and follow up with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of maintenance works.
• Review technical proposals, work specifications, and quotations related to maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, scopes of work, and requirements for maintenance-related procurement and service contracts.
• Monitor the quality of maintenance works and ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and standards.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, work orders, and repair schedules to ensure timely execution and closure.
• Monitor the availability and proper utilization of maintenance materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Prepare maintenance cost estimates and monitor expenditures to ensure efficient utilization of allocated resources.
• Ensure that maintenance activities comply with applicable local regulations, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identify potential risks related to facility conditions and maintenance activities and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders regarding maintenance requirements, facility improvements, and repair projects.
• Monitor contractors' performance and ensure that completed works meet the required quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, inspection reports, work orders, and service contracts.
• Prepare periodic technical reports covering maintenance activities, facility conditions, recurring breakdowns, preventive maintenance performance, contractor performance, and outstanding issues.
• Analyse recurring equipment failures and maintenance issues and recommend long-term technical solutions to improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Recommend technical improvements and solutions to enhance facility reliability, operational efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure proper execution of maintenance activities.
