Logistics Supply Manager

**About the Role** Northpoint Logistics is seeking an experienced Logistics Supply Manager to oversee end\-to\-end supply chain operations, inventory flows, and transportation networks. In this key leadership position, you will optimize warehouse throughput, negotiate vendor freight agreements, stream line distribution schedules, and ensure timely delivery across local and regional supply routes. **Key Responsibilities** * **Supply Chain Management:** Oversee incoming and outgoing inventory movements, procurement cycles, distribution hubs, and fleet logistics. * **Vendor \& Freight Management:** Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with freight forwarders, carriers, and third\-party logistics (3PL) providers. * **Inventory Control \& Forecasting:** Direct stock auditing, maintain optimal warehouse inventory thresholds, and align supply planning with demand forecasts. * **Process Optimization:** Identify supply chain bottlenecks, implement lean inventory management techniques, and lower overall freight and handling costs. * **Compliance \& Safety:** Ensure all warehouse operations and shipping procedures adhere to customs regulations, import/export controls, and transport safety protocols. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 5\+ years of progressive experience in logistics operations, supply chain planning, or freight management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * **Software Proficiency:** Strong hands\-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse/Transport Management Systems (WMS/TMS). * **Technical Expertise:** Solid understanding of customs clearance, route planning, inventory auditing methods, and freight rate negotiations. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Soft Skills:** Outstanding analytical thinking, contract negotiation capabilities, vendor management, and leadership skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٢٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
