We are seeking a proactive **Logistics Supervisor** to oversee daily logistics operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth coordination of transport and supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities * **Team management:** Supervise logistics staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. * **Fleet coordination:** Oversee vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and route planning. * **Inventory control:** Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. * **Process optimization:** Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. * **Compliance assurance:** Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. * **Reporting:** Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management. * **Client coordination:** Liaise with customers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in logistics or operations management. * Strong knowledge of fleet management, inventory systems, and supply chain processes. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite. * Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
