Logistics Engineer

**JOIN OUR TEAM \| LOGISTICS ENGINEER – READY\-MIX** Do you have the experience to keep concrete, trucks, and project sites moving without delays? We’re looking for a skilled Logistics Engineer to join our Haji Hassan Ready\-Mix Division in Bahrain. * What You’ll Be Responsible For: \- Manage the day\-to\-day dispatching of transit mixers and concrete pumps. \- Ensure trucks are dispatched according to project requirements and delivery schedules. \- Coordinate with batching plants, drivers, customers, and project sites for smooth concrete deliveries. \- Monitor and improve truck turnaround time (TAT) and fleet utilization. \- Plan and optimize delivery routes based on traffic, distance, and site accessibility. \- Coordinate the availability and supply of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water. \- Handle customer and site requirements to minimize delays and maintain efficient operations. * What We’re Looking For: \- 7–10 years of experience in logistics, preferably in Ready\-Mix / Construction. \- Experience with GPS tracking systems, RMC dispatch software, and ERP systems. \- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Valid Driving License. \- Strong communication and coordination skills. \- Open to male candidates only.
