Logistics and Sales Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for a **Logistics \& Sales Coordinator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to coordinate logistics activities while supporting sales operations and customer communication. This role is well suited for someone who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily logistics and delivery activities. * Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams. * Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow\-ups. * Track shipments, deliveries, and order status. * Prepare and maintain sales and logistics documentation. * Follow up on pending shipments. * Resolve basic customer and shipments\-related issues. * Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. * Perform other related duties as required. Requirements * Previous experience in **logistics, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role**. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Good knowledge of **MS Office / Excel** and basic computer skills. * Strong attention to detail and follow\-up skills. * Good English communication skills. * Ability to work the **3:00 PM – 11:30 PM evening shift**. Preferred / Advantage * **Chinese language skills (Mandarin) will be a strong advantage.** * Experience in logistics, trading, import/export, or sales coordination is preferred. * Experience working with Chinese\-speaking customers or suppliers is an added advantage.
