**About the Role** We are looking for a hands\-on, dedicated **Fleet Coordinator** to take full control of our growing company vehicle fleet and driver pool. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for all vehicle\-related operations—ensuring our cars are properly maintained, managing driver assignments, and handling all accident reports, insurance claims, and service workshop coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * **Accident \& Claims Management:** Serve as the first point of contact during vehicle accidents. Coordinate traffic police reports, handle end\-to\-end insurance claim filings, and follow up until repairs are fully completed. * **Insurance \& Registrations:** Track, renew, and manage vehicle insurance policies, registration renewals (Traffic Department inspection certificates), and road permits across the entire fleet. * **Maintenance \& Servicing:** Schedule routine maintenance, oil changes, tire replacements, and major repairs. Inspect cars regularly to catch mechanical issues early and liaise directly with garages/workshops. * **Driver Supervision:** Oversee company drivers, enforce vehicle usage policies, monitor fuel logs, manage key handovers, and track daily driver schedules. * **Fleet Records \& Cost Control:** Maintain accurate digital logs of every vehicle (service history, accident logs, fuel consumption, driver history) and optimize repair/service costs. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** 3 to 5\+ years of experience in fleet administration, transport coordination, or automotive garage service advisor roles. * **Insurance \& Traffic Knowledge:** Direct, hands\-on experience dealing with insurance companies, claims processes, traffic police accident documentation, and vehicle registration renewals. * **Automotive Technical Knowledge:** Strong practical understanding of cars, engine maintenance requirements, and workshop practices. * **Administrative Skills:** Proficient in MS Excel and fleet tracking/ERP software to track vehicle histories and renewal dates. * **Communication:** Clear communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a strong plus for dealing with traffic departments and mechanics). * **Driving License:** Valid local driving license is **mandatory**. **What We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary based on experience. * Employment benefits according to Bahrain Labour Law. * Long\-term career stability in a dynamic operational setting. **How to Apply** Please submit your **CV/Resume** at or whatsapp \ Pay: From BD300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
