Role Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Aviation Logistics Planner** to manage logistics operations, coordinate flight schedules, and optimize resource allocation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth aviation workflows, compliance with regulations, and timely execution of logistics plans. Key Responsibilities * **Flight scheduling**: Plan and coordinate flight operations to maximize efficiency. * **Resource allocation**: Manage aircraft, crew, and ground support resources. * **Logistics coordination**: Oversee cargo handling, supply chain, and aviation logistics. * **Compliance oversight**: Ensure adherence to Bahraini and international aviation regulations. * **Risk management**: Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Performance monitoring**: Track KPIs and prepare operational reports. * **Stakeholder collaboration**: Work closely with airlines, airports, and regulatory authorities. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in aviation logistics or operations planning. * Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, cargo handling, and fleet management. * Proficiency in aviation scheduling software and logistics tools. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s aviation industry and GCC logistics standards is an advantage.
