***Position Overview*** ***LPS (www.lps\-me.com)*** *is looking for a* ***TikTok LIVE studio operator/ videographer/ studio DOP/ studio producer/ studio cameraman*** *to manage the day\-to\-day operations of our TikTok LIVE studio. The ideal candidate should be passionate about live entertainment, creator management, and production, with strong communication skills in Hindi, English and the ability to coordinate talents, live productions, and audience engagement.* ***Key Responsibilities*** * *Manage the daily operations of TikTok LIVE studio sessions.* * *Coordinate and ensure timely attendance and performance of talents.* * *Monitor talent performance to ensure it meets company standards, including costumes, dance routines, and LIVE duration.* * *Motivate and guide talents to deliver engaging LIVE sessions.* * *Act as the MC/Host during TikTok LIVE sessions whenever required.* * *Build and maintain strong relationships with gifters and encourage participation during LIVE sessions.* * *Plan and execute daily LIVE themes and coordinate talent performances accordingly.* * *Create and manage teaser, during\-LIVE, and post\-LIVE social media content.* * *Coordinate with costume vendors and makeup artists to ensure talents are production\-ready.* * *Set up and manage TikTok LIVE production, including basic lighting, camera, and background arrangements.* * *Monitor LIVE performance and ensure smooth studio operations.* ***Requirements*** * *South Asian candidates with fluent Hindi \+ English communication and leadership skills.* * *Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.* * *Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.* * *Passion for TikTok LIVE, creator economy, and live entertainment.* * *Comfortable hosting or speaking on LIVE when required.* * *Basic understanding of TikTok LIVE production, lighting, cameras, and studio setup.* * *Familiarity with TikTok LIVE features, rankings, gifting, and audience engagement.* * *Knowledge of the latest Bollywood music and entertainment trends.* * *Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast\-paced environment.* * *Quick learner with a positive attitude.* **Benefits** * *Accommodation and grocery support* * *Live and work alongside the team you’ll manage* * *Be part of the LPS team and growing business* Pay: AED4,000\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you fluent in Hindi and English * Do you have experience managing creators, performers, or talent? * Are you comfortable hosting/MCing during LIVE sessions when required? * Do you have basic knowledge of camera, lighting, and studio setup for LIVE production? * Are you familiar with Bollywood trends, content themes, and social media content creation? * Are you currently based in the UAE?
