DMF Delivery Manager – Data Management

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance. • Oversee the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the organization. • Manage data quality initiatives, establishing processes for data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Drive the strategy and execution of master data management (MDM) programs, creating a single source of truth for critical data entities. • Experience and Qualification 8–12 years of experience in: • Data projects delivery • Technology transformation • Data governance / data platform implementation • Proven hands-on delivery experience (not just governance or reporting). • Experience delivering Data Management Framework or similar programs. Certifications (preferred): • PMP / PRINCE2 • Agile / SAFe • Exposure to regulatory environments (CBUAE, BCBS 239) preferred • Experience in banking / financial services highly preferred.
